This resistance band set from Avento can be used as a part of your fitness training for a full-body workout. When training with these resistance elastics, there is a constant tension on your muscles which are effectively stimulated. Each fitness band has a different resistance, allowing you to change depending on your fitness level and the muscle group you want to target. The elastic band can be stretched without tearing or snapping with the sturdy material. The material also ensures that it feels soft on the skin.

Dust or wipe clean with a cloth dampened with water once a week. Be sure not to leave water spots on the surface. These water spots will dry and could possibly leave permanent marks.
Clean stains/spots using the following steps: Dampen a soft cloth with a mixture of hot water and liquid dishwashing detergent. Wring the cloth as much as possible to remove excess liquid. Rub the surface lightly in a circular motion. Dry the surface immediately with a clean, soft towel.
