This versatile dumbbell set is perfect for targeting chest, biceps, arms, triceps and back muscles. It includes four 5 kg weight plates, four 2.5 kg weight plates, four 2 kg weight plates and two 1 kg dumbbell bars with spinlock collars and has a total weight of about 40 kg. This set allows the users to variably select the weights they want to lift for different exercises. These weight plates are made of cement covered in robust plastic and they can easily be secured onto the bars with the included spinlock collars. The weight is clearly stamped on each plate for quick and easy identification. The dumbbell bars have non-slip plastic grip.

Dust or wipe clean with a cloth dampened with water once a week. Be sure not to leave water spots on the surface. These water spots will dry and could possibly leave permanent marks.
Clean stains/spots using the following steps: Dampen a soft cloth with a mixture of hot water and liquid dishwashing detergent. Wring the cloth as much as possible to remove excess liquid. Rub the surface lightly in a circular motion. Dry the surface immediately with a clean, soft towel.
